But at the same time, you will also get 650 calories, which is not suitable for those who follow the figure. Omega-3 is not considered a vitamin, but polyunsaturated fatty acids are just as important for the body during the cold season. Without them, nutrition will be inadequate and fat-soluble vitamins, including vitamin D, will be much less absorbed.
