What to do if training does not bring results? For many who decide to devote hours of their free time to training, a complex of inefficiency arises. It would seem that a lot of effort is being spent to achieve the desired result, and the matter is barely moving (or not moving) from a dead point: the weight remains the same, the muscles have not become stronger, and seeing this mood completely falls into decay.
