7 ACTIVE WORKOUTS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING

Often in articles, we talk about training for beginners in the fitness world. We write how to do, what to do, where to start so that it is feasible. In this material, we decided to talk about active training for avid athletes who,in the heat, in the cold, and in heavy rains, do not miss trips to the fitness club and, it would seem, have tried everything.

1. Jumping / Feet

Jumping / Feet – mixed-format workout. The first part of the lesson is cardio training on special trampolines to active music. On average, such a load allows you to burn about 700-800 kcal per hour. But due to the fact that in the lesson you work on trampolines, training seems to be moderately intense. The lesson is fun, active and cheerful. The trainer helps to adapt the exercises to your optimal pace and level of training because the training is suitable for lovers of active classes with any level of training. In the second part of the lesson, you will perform strength exercises aimed at working out the muscles of the buttocks and abdominals.

2. TRX Combo

TRX Combo Training combines TRX pendant simulations with Crossfit training. Also in the lesson weights, platforms, barbells are used. The training is a built-in interval and circular formats: in several approaches, you will alternate functional exercises with TRX, which are aimed at developing strength endurance of large muscle groups, and exercises for developing explosive strength. This activity is suitable for athletes with a medium or high level of training and helps to develop strength, endurance, and mobility.

4. Intensive fitness

Intensive fitness training for trained athletes and those who are not enough 55 minutes to feel the full load of fitness. This is an author’s program of intensive fitness lasting 80 minutes. It consists of an intensive cardio block, the main power block and a hitch. First, you will perform cardio exercises, which can use step platforms, fitballs, trampolines, and expanders. Further you will find strength exercises aimed at working out the main muscle groups, and in the end you will stretch out well to relieve tension from all muscle groups.

5. Tabata

The lesson is based on the use of the training system according to the tabata protocol – a high-intensity interval training with short rest and load intervals. This training is aimed at active fat burning and muscle tone, suitable for athletes with medium and high levels of training. You will perform exercises with your own weight, which involve various muscle groups. The basic rule of training is to perform the exercises as quickly as possible at given time intervals and in the correct technique.

6. Morning functional training

Morning functional training is a great start to the day. From 7:30 am, along with two fitness trainers, you will perform functional exercises, ranging from exercises to develop mobility in the joints and ending with high-intensity training with CrossFit elements. Also in the lesson, you will work with a rowing ergometer, ropes, skateboards, various types of expanders and equipment for strength training. The lesson is designed for an advanced level of training. This workout is guaranteed to give a good boost of energy for the whole day.

7. Step

Step – a long aerobic exercise aimed at effective weight loss and the development of basic stamina. This is cardio training with a step platform on which you will learn the choreographic link. Training helps burn calories and develop coordination, a sense of rhythm, will be exciting for athletes for any level of fitness.
