  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Chocolate – 1 bar (90 g)
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l
  • Vanilla sugar – 1 tbsp l
  • Cinnamon – 1/3 tsp
  • Whipped cream

Preparation:

  1. Combine milk with sugar, vanilla sugar and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat.
  2. Break the chocolate into squares and send it to the milk.
  3. Wait until the chocolate is completely dissolved and bring to a boil, stirring constantly (the mixture should thicken).
  4. Pour into cups and garnish with whipped cream. Sprinkle with grated chocolate on top.

Spicy chai latte

This tea has a delicate spicy taste and warms well in cold weather. Many replace their coffee habit.

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Black tea – 3 tbsp. l
  • Milk – 300 ml
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l
  • Cardamom – 3 pieces
  • Cloves – ½ tsp
  • Dry ginger – ¼ tsp
  • Nutmeg – on the tip of a knife

Preparation:

  1. Brew tea in 150 ml of hot water. Let it brew for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Pour tea into a saucepan, add milk, sugar and spices.
  3. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Strain the drink through a sieve.
  4. Pour into cups.
  5. Honey sbiten

    A very tasty, aromatic drink – it will raise not only mood, but also immunity.

    Ingredients:

    • Water – 1 liter
    • Honey – 4 tbsp. l
    • Lemon – 1 piece
    • Mint – a few twigs
    • Ground ginger – 1 tsp
    • Cinnamon – 1 stick
    • Cardamom – 3 pieces
    • Star anise – 3 pieces
    • Cloves – ½ tsp

    Preparation:

    1. Separate the mint leaves from the stems, cut and send to the pan.
    2. Add all the spices and cinnamon. Fill with water and cook over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
    3. Add honey and lemon juice to the finished drink – mix well.
    4. We filter the sbiten through a sieve and pour into glasses.
    5. Serve sbiten hot, garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon wedge.

    Berry Fruit Punch

    The warming punch tastes like fruit drink, but thanks to the spices, a rich, intense taste of an independent drink opens up. Try it!

    Ingredients:

    • Strawberry or any other berry – 100 g
    • Apple – 1 piece
    • Lemon – ½ piece
    • Orange – 1 piece
    • Brown sugar – 80 g
    • Water – 500 ml
    • Black tea – 2 tbsp. l
    • Ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp
    • Dry ginger – ¼ tsp
    • Ground cardamom – ¼ tsp

    Preparation:

    1. My fruit: cut the apple into pieces, the lemon and orange into thin slices.
    2. Add washed berries and sugar. We leave for 10 minutes.
    3. At this time, we brew tea in 500 ml of boiling water. Then we filter off the tea leaves.
    4. Add ginger, cinnamon and cardamom to the berry-fruit mixture – fill with strained tea and set on fire until boiling.
    5. Serve hot with a cinnamon stick.
    6. Non-alcoholic mulled wine

      Non-alcoholic mulled wine is prepared on the basis of grape juice and tastes in no way inferior to classic mulled wine.

      Ingredients:

      • Grape juice – 600 ml
      • Water – ½ glass
      • Apple – 1 \ 2 pieces
      • Honey – 3 tbsp. l
      • Cinnamon – 1 tsp ground or 2 sticks
      • Cloves – ½ tsp
      • Ground cardamom – a pinch
      • Ginger – 1/3 tsp
      • Lemon and orange zest optional

      Preparation:

      1. Pour grape juice and water into a saucepan.
      2. Add all other ingredients except honey. Cook over low heat, not boiling, for 10 minutes. Cover and let it brew for another 5 minutes.
      3. Add honey and mix well.
      4. Pour into glasses and serve with fruit pieces.
      5. Ginger tea with lemon and mint

        Tea that will not only warm, but also cure a sore throat, as well as relieve headaches and muscle aches caused by colds and flu.

        Ingredients:

        • Ginger root – 30 g
        • Lemon – ½ piece
        • Fresh mint – sprig
        • Black tea – 2 tbsp. l
        • Honey – 3 tbsp. l
        • Water – 500 ml

        Preparation:

        1. Brew tea in 500 ml of boiling water, remove the tea leaves and pour the tea into a saucepan.
        2. Cut the lemon into wedges, finely chop or grate the ginger root. Add to tea.
        3. Rinse the mint leaves and add to the saucepan. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
        4. Remove from heat and add honey. Mix well and pour into mugs.

        Latte halva

        Ingredients per serving:

        • Espresso – 35 ml
        • Halva – 2 tbsp. l
        • Milk 3.5% – 200 ml
        • Sugar – optional

        Preparation:

        1. We heat the milk and add chopped halva to it (and sugar, if you want sweeter).
        2. Whisk the milk with a cappuccinatore for 2 minutes.
        3. Preparing a serving of espresso.
